Damon serves as the Chairman and CEO of Legacy Worldwide, and is the founder and visionary of Love Universal. With four generations of leaders in humanitarian aid and a focus on development of faith and family, Damon’s passion for the hurting, desperate and dying children of the world is woven into his DNA. The commitment of Love Universal is to go where most organizations will not, and to do what is necessary to recover children from the harshest conditions of poverty and starvation, ultimately saving their lives.
Damon forms organizations that teach the nations about God, health, safety, and growth. He has been a successful visionary businessman for more over twenty years. Damon also created 1OnOne, a magazine-style interview program that focuses on topics of health, happiness, financial matters, relationships, and spirituality. It spotlights leaders, authors, pastors, humanitarians and entertainers, who have something to share and something to say to the world, up-close. Damon is also founder of ZOElogics, llc.n a health and wellness educational institution which is dedicated to the revitalization and development of people worldwide.
Dr. Sam Serio
Dr. Sam Serio is the Director of Donor Development for Love Universal. He brings a rich and diverse background of expertise to us, having served in three distinct career backgrounds that equip him for his role. He has served as an ordained pastor in churches, having his Masters Degree in Theology and his Doctorate Degree of Ministry in Preaching. He also was a National Sales Manager in the corporate world along with being a Major Gifts Fundraiser with Christian non-profit organizations. Other professional skills he brings to Love Universal are those of being a published author, pastoral counselor and a conference speaker.
Sam works directly with our Love Universal donors in developing their partnership engagement with our expanding ministries around the globe.
Known as one of the forerunners of the industry, Mike has worked as writer, director, and editor for over 800 projects over the past 25 years in the film, direct response, corporate and faith-based industries. Twice named President of The Florida Motion Picture & Television Association, he has produced for national clients such as Bank Of America, Mayo Clinic, BellSouth, American Express, and Citibank.
His production awards include the gold statuette from The International CINDY Film Competition, Best Music Video for Jimmy Hill’s “Stop The Violence” at BET’s Diamond Festival, two Telly’s for infomercial excellence, and a sweeping of the “Best Director” category at the Crystal Reel Awards. His ministry and humanitarian work includes productions for The Dikembe Mutombo Foundation, Creflo Dollar Ministries, Heal Our Land (Bishop Robson Roldovalho in Brazil), Family Worship Centre (Pastor Sarah Omakwu in Nigeria), and Feed The Children.
